I read your article regarding Vince Gironda and was blown away. This information is just fantastic. I was just wondering if you know how Vince would have felt about cardio such as running/biking/etc in conjunction with this kind of workout?

Vince did not believe in doing cardio by itself, he felt you should make your weight training workouts faster by shortening the rest time between sets, and this would build muscle, burn fat and give you a great cardiovascular workout.
