Hi,
Can you let me know why when I start a new exercise regime do I get cold and flu syptoms 2 days in and feel like I can't even keep awake? I walk-a lot-but wanted to up my steps to 10,000 a day and just to do 3 miles on a exercise bike a day and some yoga moves-2 days in and I;m so drained physically.
I upped my water to 8 glasses a day and eat 6 x 200 cal meals a day-porridge with pumpkin seeds, fruit, ryvita & sardines or soft cheese/salad, oats cakes and jam, chicken or salmon and veg, toast. Thanks
