I have resently started exercising and have some questions. According to the treadmill on the fat burning program I am to keep my heart rate at 118 to be successful. So if I get it to like 148 range cuz I like to run if I can does that mean I am not burning the fat as fast and I would be better to slow myself down and stay at 118?
Here are my facts: Weight - 325
Heights - 5.7
Age - 39
