I was wondering what was the best way to get rid of belly fat. Im 22 / F / 5’7. I searched online and I guess im an apple shape, I hold most of my fat in my mid section. I have D cup breasts and I just need a flatter stomach to be proportioned. Im not fat when you look at me, I just have a stomach and it pisses me off. My workout plan is M-TH 1hr workout classes (cycling, zumba etc). I’ve fallen off but starting next week I will be back on it. I heard if I workout my abs too much without getting rid of my fat I will get a bigger stomach is that true???...Please let me know what I can do to get a flat stomach
