I am just starting at the gym. I am 57 years old and weigh 220 and I am 5'7". I have been reading some about diets, some high fat and protien diets. I had bought some supplements a couple of weeks ago, I have Ecdy-Bolin and Andro. I want to stack these but I need to know the diet that works best with these products.
My diet is as follows:
Breakfast - half a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter or 2 eggs with a glass of milk
Snack - protein shake
Lunch -can of tuna with salad or a can of beans
Snack -cottage cheese
Dinner -meat high in protein with one vege (or salad) and either potatoes or rice
Work out
Snack -protein shake
