Hi, my name is Orion. I am 18 years old, male, about 6’ and 155 pounds. I’m a distance runner. My problem is strictly a want-to-look-better one. You see, I have a muscle on my hips – the tensor fasciae latae – that is a lot bigger than it should be. This isn’t really a big problem, except that it makes my hips look really wide. My question is is there anything I can do, such as specific exercises, that will reduce the size of this muscle?
Thanks,
Orion
