My concern is that my glutes are starting to look too big - I still want them toned but don't know how to change my routine!
I've been going to a gym for about a year now, working out 2-4 days a week. My routine is 10 minutes rowing to warm up, about 30 minutes of weights, and finish 30 minutes of either elliptical (2 different kinds) or on the stairmaster.
My weight reps are always 2 sets of 15-18.
On a leg day, I do the seated incline squat at 90 lbs
Abductors and adductors at 40lbs each.
Standing rear leg lift at 25 lbs
My thoughts were to reduce the squats to half the weight, and cut the stairmaster out completely. Thoughts?!
