Hi and thanks for taking the time to read my post. My question is how many calories should i be eatting to gain muscle. but the thing the stumps me is i'm already a lil over weight
i'm 28 years old, i weight 185 lbs and i'm 5'10, i already have a bit of flubber on me
so they say to eat more "of course clean foods" if you want to gain size and muscles so since i'm already a lil tad over weight, do i still eat more to gain muscles?
