Hi my name is Luca and i am 20 years old.
I want to start a hypertrophy weight training program to gain as much muscle mass as possible.
I tought about doing this in my program:
Chest-12 sets.....
Back-12 sets......
Legs-15 sets......
Biceps-9 sets..........
Triceps-9 sets........
shoulders-10 sets..........
Abs-9 sets
and forearms....4 sets....
ill work wid 75% of my 1RM and wid a rep range of 8-12...
is this good? Thanks in advance :)
