Workouts designed to help lose waist size, NOT biceps size

At 56,5-9,224 lb.,and sporting a 48" Chest Normal(50'' Chest Expanded,42.5'' Waist,19'' Biceps amongst my mea- surements,I'd like you boys to give me a realistic weight goal.Also,could you give me some strength(large- ly biceps)exercises as well as other work-outs which will reduce my waist size without decreasing my biceps,and of course,result in my losing fat and weight?(I'm an avid walker,covering 10 miles in three-and-one-half hours.)
