I just finished competing in my very first bodybuilding competition, and have taken a few days to sit back and reflect on the crazy dieting that goes into preparing for a show.
Now I need to get back in the gym and am wondering, should I stick to the same routine or maintain until winter. I think that I need a little direction because I plan on competing next year. 5' 10'' 190lbs ( competition weight).
