Hi,
I have been doing Flow Yoga for about a month (3 days a week) and some light strength training. I have noticed that I am getting more flexible; however, I also noticed that as I age, I am much more flabby than before. I have tried to find answers online regarding how to safely increase training regime to see results. I live a remote area and cannot go to a local gym for one on one advice. I have previously trained for marathons (and still had the flabbiness).
I am 36 years old, moderately healthy, moderately active. I weigh approximately 120 lbs which does fluctuate slightly. I am 5'1" tall..
Could you please recommend a routine that will start changing my body shape and tone?
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
