I got a small problem and would really appreciate your help; I am an ex-powerlifter and have the bulk and want to convert this into muscle and become a bodybuilder. But can't seem to get anyone to give me the right training program, this is affecting my workouts and is frustrating me to the point of giving it up as a bad job.
Please can anyone help maybe with a decent program.
As there is really no-one here in South Africa who really has the expertise of the other countries or they don't want to share info.
