Hi,
I am aiming to start a new fitness plan. I heard that the best way is to do a week detox and diet, flush out all the waste and when thats done, begin the exercise plan now that your burning only fat (due to not eating many calories in the previous days) before returning to a normal (albeit calorie controlled) diet.
That doesnt make sense to me. How would that differ to starting an exercise plan normally without the initial week long detox?
