I'm almost 53, I have been working out steady now for 5-mnths. i slowed down a bit the past 5 years, got hit in the head with a backhoe, 2-surgeries later & 3-discs gone, now have a plate in my neck. any way i am up to 80# dumb bell press 6-sets 12 reps and can't get any stronger what do you suggest. also my wife says my gut may 10 lbs can turn fat to muscle?
