Hey, my name is David, I am 19 years old, I'm 6'3 163 lbs. I'm a skinny person who has muscle definition but with a flat stomach and i been staying doing situps for a long time but I got a flat stomach and I was wondering if it's because I don't got enough fat in that area to build into abs or if its because of what I'm eating. If you can tell me what I have to do to get my stomach, I'll appreciate cause I'm motivated and determined to do it.
