Hi, I have been going to the gym and doing regular excercise right from the age of 21 and was alway fit but recently (present age 28) have noticed that no matter what healthy food i eat and no matter how much heavy excercise i do the results are not the same as before. No good abs, no chest cuts i mean i dont know whether i sould say i donbt gain weight or what before my chest was broad but now ????? please help i m getting frustrated.
