i am 28, have been working out in the gym for several years but mainly to keep fit, from the start of the new yera i have concentrated on getting bigger,started of and i could do ten reps of 60kg benchs press, now i can do ten reps of 87.5kg but i have still not noticed anyhting major changing other than myself getiing stronger, is thre anything else i can do to bulk up more.
