Keep workouts ONLY 3-5 days per week as you will see the best results since your body will have time to rest and rebuild, this is when muscle building happens. Also since at this age you are also growing make sure you are eating plenty of nutritious calories. !. to substain growth and 2. for muscle building. this is the only way you will see great results. Keep with the bench press and pushups. These are great chest exercises also think about lateral raises and pull ups if you have the means.
