Hi. I'm 19 and go to college. Ive been working out for a while now and Ive had a nice 6 pack for a long time but im trying to get an 8 pack to really make my stomach look shredded. ive recently been doing alot of hanging leg lifts to get the lower ones to pop but there seems to be a small chunk of fat over them that i cant get rid of. can u think of anything to just tighten then up so i can get a nice ripped 8 pack? thanks.
