Natural Bodybuilding Tips

I'm 24, 6'1 and weigh about 143 lbs. I have been trying to find the right natural bodybuilding workout schedule and eating diet for me to help build muscle. I do bench and incline bench, arms, and abs but i want to see if there is a better way to get good results with the proper dieting and workout routine.
