body: For wanting a sixpack and big muscles you are doing it all wrong. For the abs lots of crunches are good like you are doing now. For the pecks its a different story. Do a couple sets of 10 reps with increasing weight as you go. Say 6 sets of chest exercises. You can do 2 bench 2 db fly/ db press, and use a pec dec if you can. Doing endurance exercises like biking and running make the muscles more defined. You can either bike and run less, or (for both) jog for 1 minute, sprint for 30 sec, jog for 1 minute...
