I am a vegetarian ( I eat a very small amount of fish and dairy on occassion) and I have been working out for about 1 1/2 yrs! I have built a lot of muscle but I need help to lose about 10 lbs or so. I am not sure how to do that (being that I eat pretty healthy and clean for the most part and maintain). I also am not sure of how to get the amount of protein I need and am also unsure of the amount of calories I should be consuming. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
