Brian Buchanan's training is a combination of bodybuilding and powerlifting.
He uses heavy weight for 6 to 10 reps on basic exercises like squats, deadlifts and bench press to build mass.
A sample of his back workout is:
Bent over row
Pull downs behind the neck
seated pulley row
Pull downs to the front
