I would like to be added in you list!

One question: Can you tell me where can I get information or books about BRIAN BUCHANAN? For me, he was one of the best bodybuilder that ever existed!

I would like to know more about his training techniques and books or photos, etc... Thank you for any help. Best wishes!

Brian Buchanan's training is a combination of bodybuilding and powerlifting.

He uses heavy weight for 6 to 10 reps on basic exercises like squats, deadlifts and bench press to build mass.

A sample of his back workout is:

Bent over row
Pull downs behind the neck
seated pulley row
Pull downs to the front
