A lot of guys especially beginners have one arm that is monstrous and one that is puny. Obviously the small arm is on the nondominant side. I came up with an idea when I started out to fix this issue, that really worked for me. It's also, beautifully simple. Just load and unload your weight plates with your nondominant hand. This will make up for the fact that almost every regular activity in life focuses on the dominant side.
