While some people have put down the Bullworker what they fail to understand is that any exercise will create muscle growth in the human body. Once we understand this that the argument can be about what is the most effective way.
Like many people I don't have hours to spend in the gym I'm in my late 50s spending 7 to 10 minutes 3 to 4 times a week working out with my Bullworker alternative allows me to stay in good physical condition.
