I'm looking for the right focus to achieving noticeable abdominal.
I am not over weight, per say, but my abs are being hidden by about 2 full inches of thick skin and fat. You can see a hazy outline of my abs in good lighting, but I want to damn near see them in the dark! Ok, now that's pushing it. I would like to see them in any case.
I am currently trying to pack on muscle mass, too. I eat fairly healthy; not perfect, but I am not a candy, cake and soda guy. I have a diet soda 2-3 days a week.
My weak point as far as my physique goes- has to be my Shoulders. Everything else is (smaller than optimal) Proportionate.
I am on prescription Depo Testosterone and Synthroid (Don't worry- all legit prescripts from my Oncology doc). I think some of the thickness in my skin might have to do with some water retention from the test.
On note I need to make is that I have very difficult lung functions (improving), so I need to "work Smarter- not Harder."
Anyhow, I am wide open for options and advice on training and nutrition!
