1. I have been training for around five years.
2. I train (lift) 6 times a week, 4 times a week are designated to power/bodybuilding and twice at designated to Olympic lifts, such as powercleans, cleans, snatches, and split jerks.
3. Each training session last approximately 1 hour.
4. My training goals are to make NCAA All-American this year in track, then to go on and win the state and national powerlifting championships(NASA), then later start competing in bodybuilding again.
