Mental attitude is half the battle. Hey muscles dont know if you lift olympic bars or rocks.All they know is resistance. In china the martial artist used anything. Years ago strong men got that way from hard labor. My point is if you cant even afford a weight set(ive bought olympic sets for as little as 50 bucks)lift what you have. Concrete blocks are rough but they can be curled. Hold one in each hand and do one leg squats. Do 200 deep knee bends holding them and then tell me you didnt get a good leg workout. Do dips or pushups between two chairs. Grab a tree limb or pipe and chin like a madman! No you wont become afreak but you will become your best thats what matters. Now use that brain God gave you and find a way be creative. I'm proud of any one who tries and I know you can do it
