I'm 6' 330lbs fat yes but very active work on/race cars play football with friends swim often play paintball every weekend. i rarely eat out and i am going to keep to one egg for bfast a small salad with light dressing during lunch and a good meaty dinner and than hit the gym after dinner. what i want to do is mainly get bigger(muscle wise) i was always fat so losing weight isnt my main concern but would be nice i mainly want a nice thick chest back arms(main concern) and shoulders. what im asking is what kind of supplements do you recommend? i already have a workout i want to try. thanks in advance for any help possible
