Hi all! I'm fairly new to weight training, and am doing my best to get noticable upper-body gains. Unfortunately, I'm dirt-poor and can't afford a gym, though can probably pick up some dumbells. What would you suggest for excersizes for me that I can do with only those? For example I probably can't do butterfly lifts because I don't have a chair or something to lay on. Has anyone else had this particular drawback?
