Please help! I've been working out with a trainer 3-4 days per week and eating healthy for the last 6 months. Over that time period, I have lost 35lbs. My trainer measures the circumference of my arms, abdominal area, and thighs monthly. All parts have dropped dramatically exept my thighs. I'm 35lbs lighter and my thighs have gone down 0 inches.
What can I do to change that? I like the results in the other areas, however I now do not look proportionate because of my huge thighs.
What would you recommend to specifically reduce the thigh area? Thank you in advance for your help.
