Hey guys,
Chest tip for platue boosting.
Set 1: Push ups to failure (timed and counted). Tempo: 1-1. Rest for the length of time it took to do the set.
Set 2: Push ups to failure (timed). Tempo: 1-1. Rest for the length of time it took to do the set.
Set 3: Push ups to failure (timed). Tempo: 1-3. Rest for the length of time it took to do the set.
Set 4: Close push ups to failure. Superset with:
Set 5: Wide push ups to failure.
Rest for 1 minuite.
Now an equal number of pushups as set 1, with as much rest between reps and at whatever tempo needed.
Total progressive overload.
