im a 14 year old , 180 pound freshman and i wanted to know . i want to lose weight while i gain muscle at the same time how can i do that.i want to loose from 10 to 25 pounds how do i do this ? thanks

Diet is every bit as important as your routine, and I recommend a low-carb diet. For the routine: Do 2-3 whole-body workouts per week, of basic multi-joint exercises. Also do 2-3 cardio workouts per week. Pick-up a subscription to a good fitness magazine, read-up and learn as much as you can. It is a continual learning process. The more you learn: the more you realize how little you know.
