I'm 15 and 5'9 and want to build my muscles using my home gym 3 or 4 times a week but...what's a safe amount of weight to be lifting at the moment when I haven't fully developed yet?

A safe weight that you dont build a huge amount of muscle or change your bone structure dont go huge.
