Has anybody tried the rest-pause workout? I'm thinking of giving it a go as I've heard it can help get past a plateau (and I feel like I've been on one for a while now!). Rest-pause is basically when you lift the heaviest weight you can manage for one rep, and then wait 10 seconds or so before repeating. Just wondering if this technique actually works and how long I should do it for. Cheers.
