If you are weight training to increase sports proformance then this book was written just for you. It shows how to combine resistance and plyometric training to make you better, stronger and faster. Each exercise is decribed in detail and it also shows how to make individualized programs for each specific sport. If you are an athlete or coach I strongly suggest you check out this book.
