Product Review: The Free Spotter

I recently got the chance to test a new self spotting device called "The Free Spotter", this device works with free weights and allows you to train alone in total safety. You have the same freedom of movement as you do with free weights, but you can stop the bar at any point in the lift.

The Free Spotter is easy to set up and works great, a lot of people tell me that they are held back by not having a training partner, I think this product is the answer. I personally due to my busy schedual have to train alone sometimes, that's why I got a Free Spotter of my own.
