I am active duty military and considering joining Special Forces. I am currently 6'2", 210lbs and need to lose about 20lbs to be competitive for a slot. While in college I encountered a few people who did 100 rep sets and built up incredible endurance. Although I am pretty strong for my size, I realize my ability to bench heavy is useless for the training I want to undertake. This 100 rep workout philosophy seems logical to me for where I want to get but I can't seem to find any information on it. Any help would be appreciated.
