Powerlifting Techniques - Lets Share Techniques!

Hey people!
I need something to help me benching. i am 17 and started trainin some half a year ago. My lifting technique helped me to raise my work-out weights by almost 50lb (30kg). But now i need something new and maybe we will share our techniques.
Weight: 142lb (63kg)
Max weight: 192lb (1 time)
My technique: i start with 135lb (12 times), 5min rest, 145lb (12 times),
5min rest, then i try to work out maximum at each weight, which i increase every time by 10lb and stop at 175lb (1 time) and then 185lb (1 time).
I also heard that it is important not to stop at any constant weight, because your muscles get used to it it you loose the progress...
plz, share your set techniques, maybe it would be useful for the people, who are not such proffi at lifting as i am...
