I'm 16 and have been weightliftin for about 2 years I have gained good resluts in my shoulders, back and upper arms, however, my chest is thick but its a little flat, how can I increase size and bring my chest to stick out massively? also, in football it is imperitive that I have a strong neck, what can I do to increase size in my traps and neck muscle-giving me the "no neck" look and strength.
