Ok My sched on mon, wed, and fri is dedicated to power lifting as of now...Im not really a big gain type of person, i think that i just got delt that bad genes in the gene pool.
Oh well, but i am going to join the military and need to work on my cardio as well. I was wondering, Does Cardio excersise (say Mon Wed Fri Sat ) after a weightlifting excercises perhaps 3 hours after hurt your gains?
Ive been running on Tues Thurs and Sat right now but i was wondering if i could coincide the Power and Cardio together because my friend is only available to run on Mon Wed Fri.....Thanks
