I'm in high school and would like to no what some of the high schoolers are doing in all 3 lifts
Im 17,weigh 151
bench 200
squat 275
deadlift 310
total 785
Im determined to get a 1000lb total. My squat is, i wana be hitting about 350 which i think is achievable. I wana get close to a 380-400 deadlift which will be harder. And i also want to hit a 250lb bench which i believe i can do.Im on a 12 week peaking cycle as on dr squats website. I am going to test my new totals then. Here are my aims:
Bench:200
squat:315
deadlift: 330
Freshmen, 181
not very good :/ but im still tryin every day!
My stats:
Senior
165.5 lb. class
Bench: 245 lbs.
Squat: 420 lbs.
Deadlift: 435 lbs.
