First thing I would do is make sure you eat every 2hrs-3hrs. Make sure you are eating plenty of protein, 1-2grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, approx.210 grams spread over 6 meals or so. I personally eat whatever I can as far as carbs go, and a little fat here and there. Most important, make sure you are drinking lots of water every day. Hope this helps you some.
