bran flakes with skimmed milk Banna yeast tablets multi vitamin cod liver oil whey protein 23 grams Mid morning: chicken sandwich apple afternoon: brown rice chicken or tuna salad sweetcorn yeast tablets pre workout: banna whey protein 23 grams post workout: whey protein evening meal: chicken breast veg potatoes yeast tablets Bed meal: whey protein 23 grams ALSO AROUND 1 GALLON OF WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY!
