Curls? If you had to do one bicep exersize, what would you do?
I'd do incline dumbbell curls.

For me it would be standing barbell curls. It works the biceps totally. Especially when I flex and hold the peak contraction on top for a second or two. I also like a faster tempo for rep speed on the concentric and a slower rep speed on the eccentric (negative) portion of the rep with a great stretch on the bottom of the movement.
