Mike Mentzer recommends to use a split workout with a VERY long recovory time, but the hardgainers recommend to train 2 times/week with the same workout (whole body/each workout). They advise to train hard, yes ! But SHOULD I SPLIT MY WORKOUT OR NOT ? I feel I can train a group again after 3-4 days. But is it good or should I wait even if I feel I can train ?
