Can someone explain how to perform pullovers with dumbbells?
I can tell you how I do them, Lay across a bench and grasp the dumbbell with 2 hands (or let someone give you the dumbbell) Straighten your arms so the dumbbell is straight above your eyes From this position start lowering the weight behind you, keeping the elbows wide (out to the side)en arms slightly bend puts the emphasison on the lats, keeping the elbows in(narower than shoulderwide) and arms straight puts emphasis on the pec. minor.
