I have a tip that I would like to share. I am sure every one has seen the older bodybuilders, that had those huge forearms. Some have seen the old barbells, that had thick bars that you could barely grip or just enough to curl or bench with. Well I wanted to simulate that type of bar. But it is impossible to find a bar like that for lifting. So what I did was, to get a few pvc, couplers, about 2 1/2 inch. I cut a slit big enough to slid the bar into. So when I grip the bar my hand is expanded 2 to 3 inches while griping it. It puts more emphasize on the biceps while doing a curl. As a result my forearms are looking nice and cut up and getting size quickly.
