Do deadlifts for your thighs then follow with either bench press, military press or bentover rows. HEAVY weights, 2-3 sets and 5-7 reps, rest no less than 3 mins between sets and no more than 5 mins. Try to workout thighs first every workout if not doing a split. Hitting thighs at the beginning of the workout gets your natural GH and other goodies flowing through your bloodstream so the other exersises can benefit from the release of their anabolic compounds.
